Bobby Braswell

Bobby J. "Pizza Bob" Braswell passed away Sunday, December 29, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents Johnny and FloRea Braswell, and his beloved wife of 53 years Anita Braswell. He was a lifelong resident of Birmingham, AL. He was the owner of Pasquale's Pizza in Auburn, Tarrant and Gardendale for 46 years. He loved working and pleasing his customers. He was a great son, brother, husband, father, PawPaw and great grandfather. Chapel services will be held on Thursday, Jan 2, at 2pm with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be from 12pm until 2pm Thursday. Survivors include his daughter Rita Mitchell (Arthur), two grandchildren, Eric Mitchell (Nichole), Morgan Mitchell (Heather); three great-grandchildren Katlynn, Ashton and Millie, one brother Jim Braswell (Cathy), one sister Alice Butler of Texas, and a host of family and friends. In lieu of flowers make donations to the Alzheimer's Association. We the family would like to thank the employees of Rittenhouse of Hoover, Home Instead, St. Vincent's East and New Beacon Hospice for making Mr. Braswell's stay on this earth a peaceful and pleasant one.
