Billy Shotts

Billy Shotts, loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend passed away June 25, 2018 at the age of 87 at his home in Birmingham. He grew up in Hamilton, Alabama, was an Army Veteran, and worked 35 years with ACIPCO. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He attended and was a member of Huffman Baptist Church for over 60 years. Visitation will be Friday June 29 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Trussville. Services will follow beginning at 12:00 noon in the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Larry Smith officiating. Burial will follow services in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Billy is survived by his daughters Denise Ferguson (Neal) of Birmingham, AL, and Lisa Wilson (Stephen) of Madison, AL., sisters, Flo Anders of Birmingham, AL, Fleeta Frye of Birmingham, AL, Nancy Dearness of Medfield, MA and 3 grandchildren, Candice Berrios (Tito) of Springville, AL, Brett Wilson of Madison, AL, and Wayne Wilson of Madison, AL, and numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
