Billy Crocker

Billy Eugene Crocker, Sr., age 85, of Springville, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Feb. 14, 2016. He was retired from Stockham Valves and was a member of Clearbranch United Methodist Church. Mr. Crocker loved his family, fishing and Alabama football. Mr. Crocker is preceded in death by his parents, Coy and Stella Crocker; his brother, Troy Crocker; and his sister, Lucille Parker. He is survived by his wife, Liz Crocker; his children, Terri Crocker and Billy Crocker, Jr. (Cathy); his grandchildren, Aaron (Nikki), Jacob, and Rose; great grandchild, Xander; his sister-in-law, Royuallyn; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, from 5-7pm, at Jefferson Memorial in Trussville. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, at 2pm, at Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo. The family would like to give a special thanks to the doctors and nurses at the VA Hospital in Birmingham. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Safe Harbor Palliative Care Unit at the VA Hospital, 700 S 19th St. Birmingham, AL 35233.
