Billy Bishop

Billy Bishop, age 76 of Pell City, formerly of Birmingham, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2020. He is preceded in death by his parents, John W. and Bertie Bell Bishop, his son, Tracy Bishop, his daughter, Teresa Bishop Wood and his grandson, Johnathon Wood. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Linda Bishop; grandchildren, Andrew Bishop (Leanna), Linda Bishop Wise (Josh) and Mykel Wood; great grandchildren, Brandon Wood, Zackary Wood, Alaska Wood and Lola Wood; numerous nieces and nephews. A very special thanks to Hospice Caregivers Gina and Tina. He will be greatly missed. Visitation will be on Saturday, February 8, 2020 from 12 to 2 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Services will follow at 2 PM in the chapel and the burial will be at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.
