Billie Humphries

Billie Wallace Humphries, age 87 of Trussville, AL she went to be with the Lord on November 13, 2020. She retired as an executive Administrator Assistant with GMAC after 42 years of service. She was a member of Clear Branch United Methodist Church. She graduated from Phillips High School. She had a passion for family, animals, gardening and all of her friends @GMAC. She is preceded in death by her parents, Mamie Wallace Robbe and William Nelson Wallace and her brother, James Wallace. She is survived by her daughters, Karen Humphries Hanbury and Karla Humphries O'Brien (Fergus); sons, Michael Humphries (Betsy) and Chris Humphries (Vicki Baker); grandchildren, Christina Humphries Black, Lesley Humphries Rose, Jeremy Rose, Lindsey Humphries and Jay Humphries; great grandchildren, Aden Black, Chloe Black and Ellis Rose; sister-in-law, Shirley Wallace. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Save Our Strays (Birmingham), Alabama Animal Adoption Society (Homewood) or Alzheimer's Association, Graveside services will be private for the family on November 18, 2020 at Elmwood Cemetery.
