age 85, of Blountsville, AL passed away on Thursday, September 18, 2014. She was a member of Park Avenue Baptist Church. Billie loved cooking and serving on the kitchen committee at church. She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry Clay and Henra Gladys Houston; brother, Talmadge Houston; sister-in-law, Dallie Houston. Billie is survived by her loving husband, Norman Reid Honeycutt; daughter, Judy Hatcher; granddaughters, Sonja Key Weekley (Ken) and Dawn Key Guthrie (Johnny); great grandchildren: Michael Adam Weekley, Kristi Jo Hamilton (Blake), Hunter Guthrie and Ryan Guthrie; adored family friend, Chuck Mann and numerous nieces and nephews. The visitation will be held on Tuesday at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home from 1pm until 2pm. Funeral service will be at Jefferson Memorial Chapel at 2pm following the visitation. Burial will immediately follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Brother Odis Epps, Bill Key and John Ragsdale are officiating. Jefferson Memorial in Trussville is directing.
