Betty Curl

BETTY S. CURL

Betty S. Curl was born November 7, 1928, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She went to be with her Lord December 11, 2019. Betty grew up in Tarrant City, Alabama, with her mother, Mary Frances Wright. After graduating high school, Betty began her career at Birmingham Electric/Alabama Power. She married Harrel Curl April 27, 1951. She became a full- time mother after the birth of her first daughter, and would be blessed four and eight years later by two other daughters. For approximately 63 years Betty resided in Center Point, Alabama, and has been a member of First Baptist Church, Center Point. She cherished her family and church family. She devoted her life to serving her Lord.

Betty S. Curl is preceded in death by her husband, E. Harrel Curl and her mother, Mary Frances Wright.

She is survived by three daughters: Gayla C. Gayle (spouse, Coy)
