Betty Chandler

Betty Duke Chandler, age 87, of Trussville, went to be with the Lord, May 4, 2016. Betty was retired from the US Treasury Department and was a member of Argo Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Ray Chandler and son Larry R. Chandler. Chapel services will be on Monday, May 9, at 2pm with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be from 5pm until 7pm Sunday. She was a loving mother who is survived by her daughter Diane Beckham (Donald), sons Bryan Chandler, Jason Chandler (Candi), daughter in law Margaret G. Chandler, sister Ann Stringer, brother Robert Duke (Betty Ann), 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter. Memorials may be made to Alabama Teen Challenge.
