Barbara Easter

Barbara Jean Thomas Easter, age 75 of Talladega, AL passed away on September 22, 2011. She was a member of Acipco Baptist Church where she was baptized. She worked at Estes Nursing Home where she loved to care for the elderly. She retired from JC Penney as a sales associate. She also helped her daughter-in-law Linda during her illness. She was preceded in death by her two grandsons. She is survived by her daughter, Donna Easter Ware; sons, Harold Lee Easter, Jr., Leonard Patrick Easter (Charlene Gittins Easter), and David Wayne Easter; ten grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren with one little one coming in April. A special thanks to her granddaughter, Melissa Easter and her great granddaughters, Magan, Christine, and Toni Lynne Harvell for the love and care of their grandma during her illness. Services will be on Monday, September 26, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Chaplain Dave Roberts will be officiating over the services. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
