Audrey M. Stubbs, 87, of Birmingham, passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2014. She was preceded in death by her son Carl Stubbs; great granddaughter Hannah Stubbs; three brothers; V. L. McMurrey, R.L. McMurrey and James McMurrey. Left behind to cherish her memory are her two sons; Bert (Judy) Stubbs of Trussville and Paul (Jewell) Stubbs of Hoover; two Brothers J.C. "Charles" McMurrey and Jerald McMurrey; four grandchildren Ray (Amy) Stubbs, Chris (Sarah) Stubbs, Carolyn (Matt) Davidson and Bobbi (Toby) Beach; great grandchildren Daniel Stubbs, Chandler Stubbs, Taylor Beach, Logan Stubbs, Katie Davidson, John Paul Davidson and Isabella Davidson. Services will 2:00 pm Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Jefferson Memorial Chapel with Rev. Terry Hill officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services. Interment will follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Jefferson Memorial East directing the services.
