Arthur Lang

Mr. Arthur O'Neil Lang, 67, of Springville, passed away on February 4, 2017. He was born February 14, 1949 in Albertville. A fireman for 25 years with Mountain Brook Fire Dept., he loved to fish, the beach, Bama football, and racing. He is preceded in death by his father, H. Radford Lang. He is survived by his wife, Billie Lang, sons, Tracy Lang (Roxanne) and Mitchell Hitt (Connie), mother, Evelyn Lang, sisters, Maria Gray and Teresa Melvin, 7 grandchildren, and loving companion, Sophie. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in Trussville. The funeral service will begin at 10:00 am with Rev. Rod Goodman and Rev. Joe Jones officiating. Entombment will immediately follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Pallbearers will include Mountain Brook Firefighters.
