Ann Cherry

In Loving Memory of our Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother, Ann Renda Cherry, age 92 of Birmingham, AL passed away on February 1, 2013. She is a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. She was a Pink Lady at St. Vincents East for 20 years. She was also a Rosie Riveter for World War II. She is preceded in death by her husband, Sterling Cherry. She is survived by her daughter, Pam Thompson; son, Chris Cherry; grandchildren, Coni Edwards, Jon Thompson, and Doug Cherry; great grandchildren, Lee Edwards, Brian Edwards, and Ethan Cherry; sisters, Mary Jo Covington and Rose Ludvik; brother, Johnny Renda. Services will be on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 12:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Rev. John Edwards will be officiating over the services and Father Andy Kennedy will be conducting the committal service. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
