Andrea Hardaman, age 47 of, Trussville, AL passed away surrounded by loved ones on August 5, 2021. Andrea was affectionately known by her grandchildren as “GiGi”. She was a graduate of UAB, earning her bachelor’s in accounting. She was a loving wife, mother, Gigi, and friend. She was loving and soft spoken but had a way of getting her point across. She had to be tough growing up with four brothers. She had strength and determination while going to school and working full time, and being a wife, mother and GiGi. Family was her first priority; she was the first to offer up her home and bring everyone together for any holiday or celebration. She enjoyed having everyone together. Her proudest accomplishment was being a GiGi. What we loved most about her was she was always there, if or when you needed her. Come hell or high-water she would be there. Andrea loved spending time with her family at the family lake house with kids and grands, as well as, traveling with friends, “The Fun Bunch and Regulators”. Andrea was a GiGi for 16 short years She was avid ALABAMA FAN! She was preceded in death by her father, James Donald Burgett, and stepmother, Jeanette Burgett. Andrea is survived by her loving husband, Dean Hardaman; her children, Ashley Prestidge, Chelsea (Zac) Gargus; her bonus children, Jamie (Matthew) Mizerany, Nick (Rebecca) Hardaman; grandchildren, Kaiden, Cate, Kara, Wesley, Jayce, Grayson, Ashton; mother, Judy Burgett; father and mother-in-law, Alvin and Kathryn Hardaman; her brothers, Donnie (Debbie), Randy (Denise), Michael (Kim), Greg (Susan) Burgett; bonus siblings, Deann (Lynn) Lomoro, Ricky (Suzanne) Garrett; multitude of nieces and nephews.
