Addilyn Olivia Chatham, age 3 weeks passed away on October 8, 2017. She is preceded in death by her uncle, Ethan Garner, grandmother, Shana Smith, great grandmother, Barbara Startley and great-great grandparents, Ted and Mary Hallmark and Julia Taylor. She is survived by her parents, Alexis Calvert Chatham and Colton Chatham; sister, Aubrey Chatham; grandparents, Glen and Robin Calvert, Amy and Joe Marshall, Rick Smith, Sherri Chatham and Scott and Kim Chatham; great grandparents, Bob and Judy McCostlin, Ronnie and Cindy Calvert, Carolyn and William Chatham and Louie Startley; uncles, Brennan Calvert (Taylor), Tanner Chatham, Brady Smith and Camden Calhoun; aunts, Madison McCoy, Ashley Willis (Braden), Amanda Garner, Brittany Chatham and Ava Marshall. Services will be on Friday, October 13, 2017 at 12 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Rev. Jeff Noles will be officiating over the services. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
