Robert J. Overby age 43, of Birmingham, passed away December 4, 2010. He was preceded in death by his parents Hershel and Norma Overby, 2 sisters Debra Compton and Debra Jane Crowe. Services will be on Wednesday Dec 8 at 2pm in the Chapel with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Bro. Chris Tortorice officiating. Visitation will be from 5pm until 7pm Tuesday. He is survived by his daughters Amber, Paige, and Norma Jean, brothers James Overby, Billy Overby, numerous nieces and nephews. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
