Murray Glenn Hutchins, Sr., age 80, of Cropwell, Al passed away on January 25, 2014. Mr. Hutchins was an employee for Anderson Electric, Bechtel Corporation, Reliable Rentals, and Crane Works throughout his life. He was also a member of Roebuck Plaza Baptist Church in Birmingham, Al for 60 years and Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in Cropwell, Al for 20 years.

Murray Glenn Hutchins, Sr. is survived by his wife of 57.5 years, Joyce Hutchins; his two sons, Murray Glenn Hutchins, Jr. and his wife, Tana, and Emory Hutchins; six grandchildren, David Hutchins and Christy, Marty Hutchins, Eli Hutchins, Robin Hutchins Best and Garrett, Chelsea Hutchins Hollis and Jeffrey, Ethan Hutchins and Meagan; four great-grandchildren, Austin Hutchins, Kaitlyn Hutchins, Memphis Hutchins, and Braylin Hutchins.

Viewing from 5 - 7 pm Tuesday January 28, 2014.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in Trussville, Al. A graveside service will immediately follow. The family will receive friends from 9:00 am until the service begins.
