Mildred Isbell

Mildred Isbell, age 95 of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away on June 24, 2022. She was a native of Amory, MS where she met the love of her life, Quinton Isbell. Mildred moved to Birmingham, AL with her husband and two children in 1962. She remained a resident of Birmingham, AL until her children were grown.  She was a former member of First Baptist Church of Tarrant, AL. Mildred was a devoted Christian, loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family and cooking.  Mildred was preceded in death by, her husband, her son, Larry Isbell and her parents. She is survived by her daughter, Donna Hagedish; five grandchildren, Heather Puni, Micah Puni (Rosa), Sina Garrett (Shawn), Tonya Browning and Ashley Murphy (Jason); two sisters, Wilma Harris and Faye West; she also leaves behind seventeen great grandchildren and a host of extended family. A visitation will be held for friends and family at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in Trussville on Thursday, June 30, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. A graveside service will immediately follow the visitation at Jefferson Memorial’s adjoining cemetery at 12:00 p.m.
