Margaret Cook

Margaret Helen Baker Cook "Polly", 84, residing in Birmingham, Alabama passed to a better place on Monday, March 22, while at home. Polly, the daughter of Lawrence and Jessie Baker, sister to Mabel, Alice and Jack; was born and raised in Chattanooga Tennessee. Services will be on Thursday March 25, at 2pm in the Chapel with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Wife of John A. Cook, Jr., she is survived by her daughter Carole Cook Pearce (Phil) and son John A. Cook III (Sheila), grandchildren John A. Cook IV, Greg Pearce, Kacey Lyn Cook and Betsy Cook Elms (Thomas), Allison Fung (Jonathon), and great-grandchildren Micah Collins, Dane Elms and Ayla Fung. Memorial donations are requested in lieu of flowers and can be sent to Wachovia Bank c/o Margaret H. Cook. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
