Leldon Ray Martin

Leldon R. Martin, passed away, after a prolonged battle with Alzheimer's disease and went home to be with our Lord on March 6, 2020. Mr. Martin was the youngest son of Virgil and Eliza Martin (Jackson) and he was born on October 27, 1934 in Double Springs, AL. He is preceded in death by his loving parents and many brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Gloria F. Martin (Loden); daughters, Debra Martin (David) and Leigh Ann Kimbrell (Christopher); one granddaughter; one great granddaughter and numerous nieces and nephews. The family askes that, in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation in Mr. Martin's memory. Visitation will be on Monday, March 9, 2020 from 2 to 3 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 3 PM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.
