Katy Stisher

Katy Hicks Stisher, age 39, of Pinson, AL passed away on December 29, 2010. She was a loving mother of four; Katy was as courageous as she was beautiful. Taken too soon, Katy will be missed by all. She worked for the Birmingham Board of Education. She was preceded in death by her husband Shawn Stisher, and grandparents, Alfred and Katy Hicks. Graveside services will be on Friday, Dec 31, at 3pm with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens Trussville. Visitation will be from 2pm until 3pm Friday. She is survived by her daughter Autumn Stisher, sons Matthew Stisher, Christian Stisher, and Ryder Dorsey, parents Vanda Hicks and David and Nicki Hicks, sisters Louise (Kirk) Wright, Angela (Sim) Therrell, Tracy (Mark) Stedwell, brothers Thomas (Samantha) Hicks, Michael (Tammy) McClendon, grandmother Betty Czyzewski, mother in law Eleanor Stisher, Delayne Dorsey, and a host of nieces and nephews.
