Jesse Murch

Warene Scott Murch, 83 of Birmingham passed away on February 25, 2011. She was a very loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. She exemplified a true southern belle. Mrs. Murch was a very giving person, giving to numerous charities. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester E. Murch, Jr. Survivors include her two children, Chester E. Murch III (Nancy) of Redlands CA and Karen M. Kelly (Royce) of Birmingham AL; one sister, Gladys Whatley (James) of Tupelo MS; grandchildren, Chester E. Murch IV (Rebekah) of Redlands CA, Neysa Novak (Rob) of San Diego CA, Raleigh Holmes (Michael) of Trussville AL, Hollye D'Amico of Trussville AL and Amanda L. Kelly of Trussville AL; four great grandchildren, Hannah Novak of San Diego CA, Michael Holmes Jr., Alex Holmes and Faith Ann D'Amico all of Trussville and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 2 beginning at 11:00 AM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home with Chapel services at 12:00 PM with Rev. Joseph Mills officiating and burial to follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.
