James Wideman

David Wideman, of Montgomery passed away on March 26, 2011. David's love of travel led to a 26 year career with Landmark Tour and Travel. He was a deacon at Huffman Baptist Church and former President of the local Rotary. He was a member of Mensa, he spent the last few years working with St. Jude's adult literacy program. Survivors include his wife, Pam; children, Brad Wideman (Mandy) and Lacie Wideman; step-children, Coleman Smith (Megan) and Beth Patrick (Michael); one sister, Suzi Philpot (Charlie); five grandchildren, Rylie, Abigail, Elena, Lauren and Broderick. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 29 beginning at 10:00 AM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home with Chapel Services at 12:00 PM with Tim Lovett officiating and burial to follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.
