Elizabeth Files

Elizabeth H. Files, age 92, of the Huffman area passed away on August 23, 2010. She is a member of Huffman Baptist Church and a former member Ruhama Baptist Church where she served in the nursery for over 40 years. She is preceded in death by her sister, Hazel Patterson. She is survived by her, husband, Carlos Files; daughter, Margaret Ann Griffin (Ken); grandchildren, Steve Griffin (Laura), Julie Adams (Matthew); and 5 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 24,2010 from 5PM until 7PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Services will be held on Wednesday August 25, 2010 at 10:00AM at Jefferson Memorial Chapel with burial following at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Rev. Ken Griffin and Rev. Larry Smith officiating.
