Douglas Dailey

Douglas Warner Dailey, Sr., age 83 of Birmingham, AL passed away on January 12, 2014. He worked as a Patrolman for the Birmingham Police Department for 13 years. He owned and operated Doug Dailey Co., Inc. for 40 years. He was an avid golfer and huntsman. He is survived by his children, Dr. Doug W. Dailey, Jr. and his wife, Dr. Sharon Dailey, Barbara Dailey Poore, Bradley J. Dailey and his wife, Kathleen, and Stuart Dailey and his wife, Tonya; step-children, Tamie R. Rivers, Jack L. Sutko and his wife, Dana, Glenn E. Sutko, and Gina R. Watts and her husband, Dr. Stephen Watts; siblings, A. J. Dailey, Jr., Robert Dailey, and Ann Dailey; grandchildren, Evan Dailey, Patrick Dailey, Craig Poore, Katie Braselton, Matthew Poore, John Dailey, Thomas Dailey, Sarah Dailey, Austin Rivers, Ashley Rivers, Addison Rivers, Adam Rivers, Allen Rivers, Audrey Rivers, Avery Rivers, Abbigail Rivers, Jackson, Sutko, Jesse Sutko, Sammual Sutko, Luke Sutko, Rachel Watts, Leah Watts, Zoe Watts, and Ellie Watts; six great grandchildren. Memorial service will be on Friday, January 17, 2014 at 12:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior to service.
