Dorothy Manning

Dorothy York Manning, age 93, of Birmingham, passed away December 13, 2010. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Birmingham where she was a member of the McDorman Sunday School Class. She was a former Girl Scout Leader. She is preceded in death by her husband Wilbert Noel Manning and her grandson Richard Gould Duncan. Services will be on Friday Dec. 17, at 2pm in the Chapel with burial at Sunrise Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 1 until 2pm Friday. She is survived by her daughters Mary Kathryn Manning Baker, Beth Manning Hammett, grandchildren Charles Thomas Hammett III, Kathryn Elizabeth Clark, Traci Noelle Hammett, great granddaughter Aubree Elise Clark.
