Dorothy Chastain

Dorothy P. Chastain, age 75, a longtime resident of Birmingham, passed away November 11, 2010. Mrs. Chastain was a graduate of Winfield High School in 1953 and was of the Church of Christ faith. She was preceded in death by her sister Elizabeth Beecham. Services will be Saturday Nov 13, at 2pm in the Chapel with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. She is survived by her husband of 55 years Gary Chastain, son Stephen C. Chastain, sister Margaret Pitts, brother Herman Fields Jr., several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers make donations to the American Diabetes Association. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
