Donald Carter

Donald Joe Carter, age 71 of Birmingham, AL passed away on October 21, 2018. He was a member of Gardendale Mount Vernon United Methodist Church. He was the owner and operator of Skate Haven Rolling Rink. He is survived by his wife, Debbie Carter; daughters, Dianna Carter Rizzo and Dena Carter; sister, Nancy Carter Brown; brother, Phillip Carter; grandchildren, Bryce Carter Jones, Alexander Rizzo and Fiona Rizzo; sister-in-law, LaVonda Carter and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 from 5 to 7 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Graveside services will be on Thursday at 1 PM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.
