Charlotte June Wilson Armstrong,

April 20, 1935-Jan. 29, 2014

age 78, of Birmingham, AL passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2014.

Charlotte grew up in Cleveland, MS. She graduated Woodlawn High School in 1953. She was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Center Point.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Lawrence "Jud" Armstrong; brother, James Wilson; nephew, Jack Wilson.

Charlotte is survived by her eight nieces: Alisa Scofield-Mahoney, Susan Woodard, Pam Ray, Patricia Isbell, Angie Garrison, Billie Ann Tucker, Beverly Ramsey, & Carla Gilbert; her two nephews, Ricky Armstrong & Jim Armstrong, Jr.; great nieces: Christa Ray, Brooke Woodard, Samantha Curns, Leane Gailey & Amber Waldon; great nephews: Jeremy Ray, Jason Armstrong, & William Scofield; three sisters-in-law, Brenda Isbell, Flora Poplin, & Beverly Armstrong; one brother-in-law, James Armstrong, Sr.

Visitation for Charlotte will be on Wednesday, February 5th at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home from 5pm-7pm. Her funeral service will be Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, February 6th at 2pm. Burial will immediately follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Pastor Andy Waits Jefferson Memorial in Trussville is directing.
