Carrie Martin

Carrie King Martin, age 88, she was born on August 8, 1924, was called home to be with her Lord on November 26, 2012. She was a member of Brewster Road Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. L.A. King and many brothers and sisters. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, J.C. Martin and sister, Elizabeth Cornwill. Sons, Wade A. Martin (Brenda) and Don O. Martin (Rhonda); grandchildren, Jamie Bardorf (Brian), Amanda Work (Scott) and Bethany, Bradley (Kayla); great grandchildren, McKenzie Martin and Jaxon Work. Services will be on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Rev. Joe Mills and Rev. Jess Tennpenney will be officiating over the services. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
