Arthur Adams

Adams, A.R. "Buddy", born August 25, 1929 to William Adams and Mary Moody Adams. He was employed as an air craft electrician, at Hayes Aircraft PEMCO, for 53 years and retired in 2006. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Trussville. He was preceded in death by his father, William M. Adams and his mother, Mary Lee Moody Adams, and son, Donnie Adams. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Freeda Adams; sons, Johnny (Kathy) Adams, and Bryan (Lorie) Adams; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren; one sister, Kathlyn Grimes and niece, Sandra Fain. Services will be held at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, January 14, 2013 at 12:00 PM. Visitation will be from 11:00 to 12:00, at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Salem U.M.C. Cemetery in Hartselle AL. Reverend Bobby Erwin will be officiating. Jefferson Memorial Directing.
