Amy Shirley

Ms. Amy Shirley, 73, formerly of Birmingham, passed away on July 28, 2017. Amy retired from Civitan International after 50 years of service and was a member of Eastwood Civitan Club and Eastlake United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, William T. and Nancy Elizabeth Johnson. She is survived by her children, Kevin Shirley, Jennifer Shirley (Mark Satterfield), Tonya Shirley, Becky Oden (Larry), and Tommy Shirley, grandchildren, Isabella, Anna and Jacob, sisters, Linda Bishop (Bill), Vivian Shirley, and Donna Canady (Larry), numerous nieces and nephews, and beloved grand-pets, Allie and Sarah. A visitation will be held on Monday, July 31, 2017 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in Trussville. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at 12:00pm from the funeral home chapel with a one hour visitation prior to the service.
