I am sorry for your loss. May your family receive an abundance of comfort from the God of all comfort during this time. His comfort is so dynamic that we are able to comfort others based on the care and concern we receive; which makes it even better for all of us. (2 Corinthians 1:3-5)
My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends. May you find some comfort in the promise found in Revelation 21: 3-4 and 1 Thessalonians 4:14. Knowing that there is an opportunity to be reunited with love ones lost in death.
To the Sims' Family,
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your dear loved one. Please know that in God’s word we find the answer to many questions. Job asked… “If a man dies, can he live again?” “You will call, and I will answer you. You will long for the work of your hands.” (Job 14:14, 15) Job was convinced that his loving heavenly Father would yearn to resurrect him. Has God changed? “I am Jehovah; I do not change.” (Malachi 3:6) God still longs to see the dead brought back to life healthy and happy. You will rest, but you will stand up for your lot at the end of the days.” (Daniel 12:13). Hold on to the knowledge of knowing that your dear loved one is at peace now and resting. And know that God’s word assures us that billions who have died will live again. Find comfort at this time of bereavement in those words and in the memories that you hold so dear.
